高精度模擬量和數(shù)字量測試板卡

完整的ECU測試,尤其是硬件在環(huán)測試,不僅需要將通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接到測試系統(tǒng),還需要連接數(shù)字信號和模擬信號接口。豐川動力開發(fā)的高精度模擬量和數(shù)字量測試板卡,可以極大地簡化測試臺架和HIL測試系統(tǒng)的設(shè)置,提高系統(tǒng)搭建和測試的效率。其中模擬板卡支持-12V至+12V的正負(fù)電壓平穩(wěn)輸出,數(shù)字板卡支持仿真磁編碼器ABZ三通道關(guān)聯(lián)信號輸出。

模擬量測試板卡(主要參數(shù)

電源:支持9V至32V的供電電壓,供電電流需大于2A。
輸入通道:8個輸入通道,可同時測量電壓和電流。電壓測量范圍為-25V至+25V,電流測量范圍為-25mA至+25mA,兩者的測量誤差均為±1%。
輸出通道:8個輸出通道,可控制輸出電壓和電流,無需手動切換輸出模式。輸出電壓范圍為-12V至+12V,電流輸出范圍為-25mA至+25mA,兩者的輸出誤差均為±2%。
RS485通信:通過RS485接口控制輸出電壓、輸出模式,以及讀取輸入電壓和電流。支持一問一答模式,支持?jǐn)嚯娪洃浌δ堋?/span>
CAN通信:通過FDCAN或CAN2.0B控制和讀取板卡參數(shù),如:輸出電壓、輸出電流、輸出模式和讀取輸入電壓、輸入電流等。支持?jǐn)嚯娪洃浌δ堋?/span>

數(shù)字量測試板卡(主要參數(shù))

電源:6V至32V的供電電壓和大于1A的供電電流。輸入通道接受3.3V至12V的電壓,輸出通道可以由內(nèi)部5V隔離電源或外部7V至25V電源供電。
輸入通道:8個輸入通道,能夠測量信號的周期、正脈寬和負(fù)脈寬。支持最大4.29億微秒的周期和最小10微秒的脈寬測量,具有±5微秒的測量精度。
輸出通道:8個輸出通道,支持兩路獨(dú)立的ABZ編碼信號輸出和兩路獨(dú)立的PWM輸出。輸出通道可以輸出最高1MHz的PWM信號和最高600KHz的編碼信號。
RS485通信:通過RS485控制和讀取板卡參數(shù),如:輸入捕獲通道、捕獲數(shù)據(jù)、輸出編碼信號頻率和相位等。支持一問一答模式,支持?jǐn)嚯娪洃浌δ堋?/span>

High precision analog and digital testing board
Complete ECU testing, especially hardware in the loop testing, requires not only connecting the communication network to the testing system, but also connecting digital and analog signal interfaces. The high-precision analog and digital testing boards developed by Fengchuan Power can greatly simplify the setup of testing benches and HIL testing systems, and improve the efficiency of system construction and testing. The analog board supports stable output of positive and negative voltages ranging from -12V to+12V, while the digital board supports output of the ABZ three channel correlated signal of the analog magnetic encoder.
Analog testing board (main parameters)
Power supply: Supports a supply voltage of 9V to 32V, with a supply current greater than 2A.
Input channels: 8 input channels, capable of measuring voltage and current simultaneously. The voltage measurement range is -25V to+25V, and the current measurement range is -25mA to+25mA, with a measurement error of ± 1% for both.
Output channels: 8 output channels, capable of controlling output voltage and current without the need for manual switching of output modes. The output voltage range is -12V to+12V, and the current output range is -25mA to+25mA, with an output error of ± 2% for both.

Digital quantity testing board (main parameters)
Power supply: Supply voltage of 6V to 32V and supply current greater than 1A. The input channel accepts voltages ranging from 3.3V to 12V, while the output channel can be powered by an internal 5V isolated power supply or an external 7V to 25V power supply.
Input channels: 8 input channels, capable of measuring signal period, positive pulse width, and negative pulse width. Supports a maximum period of 429 million microseconds and a minimum pulse width measurement of 10 microseconds, with a measurement accuracy of ± 5 microseconds.
Output channels: 8 output channels, supporting two independent ABZ encoded signal outputs and two independent PWM outputs. The output channel can output PWM signals up to 1MHz and encoded signals up to 600KHz.
RS485 communication: Control and read board parameters through RS485, such as input capture channel, capture data, output encoded signal frequency and phase, etc. Supports one question one answer mode and power-off memory function.
CAN communication: Control and read board parameters through FDCAN or CAN2.0B, such as input capture channel, capture data, output encoded signal frequency and phase, etc. Support power-off memory function.
